Project Description:

Division1 Design was selected as the engineering firm for a new hotel that was built using a Design/Building delivery method in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The hotel is a wood framed structure with wood floor joists, and wood trusses. Division1 Design provided all the engineering for the project, including site design, structural and architectural design, construction layout and staking, and as-built construction drawings. Division1 Design coordinated with state and local building departments to ensure the building satisfied all applicable codes and requirements.
